The reason to visit Korea

Suddenly, I am thinking about the reason why people want to visit Korea.

I am always eager to travel around the world, but I've never thought about the small or unknown countries as my travel spots. 

As you know... budget is always limited, time is the same and there are so many famouse or well-known countries in the earth.

Unless I am a kind of explore person, there's no way I am haning around with unthought of people.

So- does it mean.... Korea is one of the well-known countries? 

Is my country famouse for people in the world?
